Nap Advice?

I have a great napper ... unfortunately the only place she'll nap is on me or my husband while we rock her. If we place her in her crib she wakes up within 15minutes whereas if we hold her she sleeps from 60-90min. Any ideas on transitioning her to sleeping in her crib?

I'd love for her to sleep in her crib for her afternoon nap and to sleep in my arms for her morning nap - do you think this will confuse her/make it more difficult? 

We transitioned her from sleeping with us at night to her crib at about 5 months and she's a great night time sleeper. I still nurse her 1-2x at night.

    No advice for the crib, but what about having her sleep in a back carry while you go about other things or lay with her and then creep away once she's solidly out?

    It takes her about 30min. of walking for her to fall asleep in her carriers (we have K'tan, Ergo & Baby Hawk), and she won't let me stop when she's in them - she wakes up if I sit down or take her out.
