We are hiring a nanny to help me take care of my 2 mos old daughters. I have a 3 year old son, so I need the help. The nanny will be just for the twins. I will be home most of the time. What do others pay nannys in a similar situation. Thanks!
I'm paying my mother's helpers 12/hr. Minimum wage in my state is almost 10/hr. They both have a lot of experience with newborns and have worked in daycare centers, so I don't mind paying more for their experience.

In 2007 I worked for a family who had a 20 month old and had twins that were born right after I started, I made 12.00/hour with benefits. Taking into consideration that was now 6 years ago!
I have a friend that I pay $10 and hour to watch the girls. I am here most of the time, but sometimes I run errands or go to client meetings.
