Besides what you mention, maybe potty train and get used to walking next to you and not leaving your side? I carry C a lot so these would both be things we'd need to do. Except we are NOT TTC, lol!
I guess the same kind of things you would do before TTC #1... take a vacation, get your finances in order and save up extra money for the medical expenses.
I don't really think you can rush potty training or moving to a bigger bed just because you're expecting #2, my opinion is that those things happen in their own time.
Maybe catch up on things around the house - organizing photos, finishing up LOs baby book if it's not already done, that kind of thing.
I have found that the second pregnancy is a little more low key as far as the fact that you're not constantly obsessing about everything and spending all your time researching baby gear, registering, planning showers, and redoing bedrooms - you have a lot more time to just kind of be a family.
We don't really have a to-do list. We had planned to have our babies close together, so I wasn't really in the mindset of having DS out of the baby phase before #2 (although at the rate we're going, he probably will be).
Big "bucket list" type projects, like big vacations, running a full marathon or going back to school will wait until after both kids are through the baby years. If I had planned to space the kids 5+ years apart, maybe I would have taken on some of those things, but I preferred to have them closely spaced and get the baby phase over with quickly.
Re: To-do list before TTC #2?
What sorts of things would be on such a list? we are expecting #2 so I guess i should know now....
DS will move to a bed pretty soon. Don't know about potty training; he is not that interested. I'm not sure what else qualifies for a list like this?
I possess no right answers, but I thought things like

We'll see if that actually works out for us.
