How many ounces?

Just curious to see how many ounces your baby eats these days- My son was eating 24-30oz a day then dropped down so drastically to 16oz a day for the past 2 weeks. I make an 8oz bottle in the morning and he snacks on it all day and then will have an 8oz bedtime bottle. I have been trying to give him water in a sippy cup for the past month but he hasn't figured it out yet, I've tried with and without a straw..I'm assuming it's normal for them to eventually slow down with the formula/BM just  seems like such a huge drop- So how much is your baby eating?

    No idea here we bf and he gets it straight from me. I do know we are doing blw so bm is still his main source of nutrition and will be to a year, which my pedi has always said it should be. I know she recommend no less than 20oz of formula for my oldest who was ff.

    DD has cut back a lot lately on bottles, but I thought it was because she was cutting teeth and it hurt to suck.  I guess we'll find out soon enough.  She's been eating anywhere from 18-25 a day.  Prior to this, she was consistently at 26-28 a day.

    DD BFs but gets bottles at daycare. She seems to have settled on 6oz bottles at a time and eats 4 a day (7, 11:30, 3, 7:30 roughly) with lots of solids mixed in there. Depending on her day and if she's having a growth spurt sometimes she sneaks a 5th bottle/feeding in there. I don't know how much she eats from me but if she's stopping herself after a 6oz bottle I'd assume she also takes roughly that from me at a time. So 24-30oz a day here.

    Hmm ok..thats exactly the schedule my son was on with the feeding too, 6oz 4x a day, now he barely shows interest in the bottle except for his last one at night..I worry about him being dehydrated but I guess he would be crying and whiny if he was really thirsty ha

    Also breast milk gets higher in calories around six months which is why bf babies never need as big of bottles as ff ones.

    Our pediatrician told me 2630 oz per day. I told her that DS has been getting between 20 and 24 oz and a lot of solids but he doesnt cry about being hungry ever and she said there was nothing wrong with that, even with him being so big.

    ava eats 3 solids a day. and has a snack in there and drinks 20-24 oz a day and sips off her sippy cup throught the day like with her solids etc. I put about 3 oz of water in there and shes only finished it once

    we are still around 26 oz a day, plus 3 solid meals a day.
