Pharmacy Nightmare! (Venting)

Omg I want to kill Caremark Speciality pharmacy!!! Total vent session happening here! 

I am beyond furious with this so called "speciality" pharmacy that screwed up my order after dealing with them for several days regarding "physician authorizion"  last week and telling them SEVERAL times that I'm to start meds today. So today when I go for my instructional appt and first lupron injection...oops no Lupron!!! According to the pharmacy, they were to deliverer all meds my Sat morning!!! They sent everything BUT the lupron!!! (Nothing I could do then...closed!!) 

Long story short I raise all kinds of hell (so much that DH feels bad for Caremark reps) and will be receiving first thing tomorrow...only problem is that it throws my schedule all off which means I'm not quite done with Caremark! :-)) (evil smile) 

 

grrrr... Not happy on day what was supposed to be "1"

    omgggggggg i can relate. I had my own specialty pharm. nightmares.  I was in tears trying to get my meds EVERY SINGLE MONTH.  I freaked out on countless 'supervisors' and was even told by one rep that "there are people calling us dying of cancer, this comes first for meds"   I lost my shlt!!   ohhhh man i am getting so mad now just thinking of it!

    Ugh isn't it beyond frustrating?!??!?!? 

     

    Supposed to be getting lupron tomorrow after them telling me there was no prescription for it...(they found it mighty quick after I raised some hell!!)

    This throws off my schedule so I'm not quite done with dear Caremark yet...not at least till I have my meds in place that is! :)) (evil smile) Hubs is afraid for them!! Lol

    I agree with the anger, caremark is unorganized. I had issues with them and there poor follow up with my doctors office and some of my meds they were out of so i had to pic them up at the local cvs.
