my girls aren't sleeping through the night anymore... they will be 6
months on the 24th!! any suggestions on what or why?? Should I offer a
bottle when they wake up crying or do I just let them cry it out and go
back to sleep??? OMG i'm desperate I don't know what to do it's MIDNIGHT
and they are awake!!!! Please help...anyone....

It is totally normal for a baby to not sleep through the night at 5-6 months old. They might be hungry, they might be teething, they might just be waking up between sleep cycles for no reason. If they don't settle back down within 5 minutes, it's fine to offer a bottle.
You can try CIO/sleep training, but be forewarned that this is probably going to happen off and on for quite some time - whenever they are sick or sleeping in a strange place or their schedules get off, it can mess up sleep. It's just part of babyhood
