What do you do?

For the second time I have one baby who I'm pretty sure has an ear infection and one who seems fine. Last time I took the sick one only the two days later took the other one in and he was fine. When only one is acting sick do you take them both or just the one?

Re: What do you do?

  • I have to take both as I don't have anyone to watch but doc will look the other one over real quick. Only happened twice though due to eat infections

  • Well the one I'm concerned about only got up once because his brother woke him up. The one I thought was fine got up twice last night and was stuffy. Guess I'm taking them both!

  • I almost always take them both. Mine get ear infections pretty often, and our ENT is great about checking both each time, and only charging me for one office visit unless they both require prescriptions. When only one has an ear infection, sinus infection, etc., we generally end up in there again a few days later otherwise.
