What is you LO wearing for their first birthday? We are having a party at the house, nothing too fancy. I don't know if I should put her in a cute top and pants and get a fancy dress / ruffly skirt outfit they have??? Ideas would be great! Please share!

I think I'm going to do a dress but not to fancy. We are also doing her one year pictures the day after so I'm not sure if I'll get two dresses bc I'm not sure if she'll get cake on the first one.

I saw some cute dresses at Target that are very inexpensive. It's nice that Easter is coming soon so you can pick through those dresses too.

I ordered a personalized onesie from Etsy with a matching party hat he'll wear for cake smash. I'll pair it with jeans and call it a day. We're having a small party at home with friends so I don't see the need to go all out.

My daughter will be 1 in April and her theme is pink and pearls, so she must be in a dress! I feel as if this is going to be the only time I really get to pick. I am sure by 2 she will be telling me! I love those new ruffle skirts that have the pants attached. That way it is still cozy for her but super girly!

I have a little boy, and we are going to have him wear a cute pair of suspenders from etsy that are red and have the number 1 in a circle on the back where the suspenders cross. With that, he's going to wear a cute white onesie and brown cords.

DD has soo many dresses that other people have bought for her. She is the first grandchild on my side of the family and my family always goes nuts over girl's clothes so she has a lot of choices. For her birthday, we decided to put her in a light blue hand embroidered dress with lace that my mom's friend actually gave to me on my bridal shower. It is 9 months size but it actually fits DD perfectly so I figured I better put it on her soon since she hasn't had a chance to wear it yet. It is not super fancy but it is very delicate and looks very sweet on her. I bought a matching bow for her hair and I am going to put her in white tights and white shoes.

I went a little fancy for Aria's party dress. I got it at pinkprincess.com, on the recommendation of another bumpie. (it's actually under pink flower girl dresses)

We also had her first birthday pictures taken in it, and she'll wear it to her party next week. It's in my siggy, but I'm adding a picture in case you're on mobile. Smile

I am going to have a couple of outfits. I have already got her an Owl Onesie with my daughter's name "Noelle" on it and the number "1" from the Trendy Butterfly. I got it in the size 18-24 months because I wanted her to be able to wear it for the first couple of months of being 1 years old. And I am still trying to decide which dress I would like to dress her up in. I like a really classic dress. The fun thing is that it will be around Easter, so I can also get her an Easter dress as well.
