So we dropped the dog off at Daycare for a spa day. DH slept and I packed up the baby in the car and went out! My first outting with D by myself. It was nice and strange. I was really worried about him crying in the back seat since I was not sitting back there with him. He did fine as long as the car was moving. We went over to YiaYia's house, then out for Pho, then over to GiGi's for a few hours. The only terrible part was lugging around that car seat! Holy hell is it heavy.

It is nice to feel so independent huh? Funny how us FTM are hesitant to do things with the baby and once we do it once we are GTG, bring it on!

It was really nice. Especially since I normally don't drive at all. I could just imagine D crying in the back seat and me crying in the front seat. I am hoping to do a few more of these outtings in the next month so that when we start mommy and me classes at 4 months it wont be such a big deal.

Sorry you got stuck inside today How is LO doing now?
