ob and natural child birth

looking for an OB in macomb county that welcomes natural birth. I had a natural birth with my son, but am testing for gestational diabetes with this pregnancy and they are already talking about induction and c-section... any one know any good OBs to contact? since I do have some risk- I prefer to go to a hospital (not a home birth)
