  even though he says 5 days or more, i sometimes get impatient and wait only three.

  I dont think pedi ever said a time to wait,  I usually only wait 1 or 2 days.

  same here. usually I do 3-4 since that's what I've read is pretty common.

  My pedi says 5, but I just focus on trying one new food per week - otherwise I get confused (Was it Tuesday that we did pears??).

  The sheet I was given said 4 days so thats what we do.
