I am trying to order a stride-rite SRT shoe, but there shoe size chart is a little confusing to me. (It might be the lack of sleep, but whichever.) I've used their little shoe size printable chart, and I think the chart is for toddlers 2-5 years.
The SRT shoe comes in sizes starting from a 3. What the ?... I'm so lost.
In either case, what shoes are your LO's wearing? I need something she can walk in at the park. I have no idea what the sizing situation is for their age either.
Any insight or help is appreciated. Otherwise, mommy is just going to get herself a pair of boots!
Re: Shoe Size
I bought the Stride Rite Artie shoes for my son and they're great. They fit really well and they're super easy to get one and off. My son has huge feet and wears a 6W.
What is your confusion with the sizing? Did you think your daughter wore a smaller size and that the SRT isn't available in her size? If you have a Nordstrom close to you, they sell Stride Rite and can get a good measure for you there if you want to be absolutely sure of the size. Someone just recently posted some questions about what size shoes that 11 month olds wear and the answers were all over the place so you can't really base it off of age!
I highly recommend taking LO in to get them fitted. DS is between a 4 and a 5, so I've been buying 5's since he's still rarely in shoes and that way he has a little room to grow.
My kid is huge and has super wide feet though so I think 5 is on the large size for this age.
