Monday- Pork chops, spinach, and brown rice with quinoa
Tuesday- Leftover Enchiladas
Wednesday- Philly cheese steak green peppers (saw it on pintrest)
Thursday- Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Friday- Breakfast (DH is working)
Saturday- Take out or a meal we didn't get to eat because DH was late
Sunday - Taco Casserole w/ Salad
Monday - Chicken Noodle Soup in the Crockpot
Tuesday - Steak, Rice & Veggies
Wednesday - Salmon, Ranch Potatoes & Salad
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Pork Chops w/ Mushroom Sauce in the crock pot, over rice & Veggies
Saturday - Left overs
I started planning for two weeks and love only going shopping twice a month so here is for the next two weeks
Monday - Chilli
Tuesday - Salmon with egg noodles and a vegetable
Wednesday - Chicken with mashed potatos and a vegetable
Friday - leftovers or we order in
Sunday - Cabbage Casserole
Monday - Pizza
Tuesday - vegetable soup
Wednesday - Pasta
Thursday and Saturday nights DH works so I either eat something light or go visit my parents and eat dinner there.

Tuesday: Tilapia with White Wine Caper Sauce and Brown Rice
Wednesday: BBQ Pork Quesedillas and Salad
Thursday: Chicken, Fennel, and Orzo Soup
Friday: Mesquite Chicken Breasts and some sort of veggie
For the last 2 weeks I've done my prep for the week on Sunday. It has helped a lot!
