Wet?...... all the time? Caution TMI

I am 5.5 weeks PP, I am no longer bleeding but downstairs is wet all the time. It's like I am dribbling pee all day long.  I notice it is worse when my bladder is full. I did have 2 catheters put in at the hospital bc of the witched magnesium. Is that what caused this? Or should I have been doing my Kegels from day one? Experienced mommas please weigh in. Does this ever go away? I don't want to wear a liner for the rest of my life. Please tell me this too will pass.

    It will certainly go away m'dear had to have mag with my first one went pre-e, nightmarish stuff really. Most will tell you to do your kegals and they do seem to help with that, Good luck!
