Red, painless splotch on breast...?

I should ask this on the BF board but.. hey, I like this board so I'm giving it a go here first :p

 

I've had a red splotch on my left breast for going on 5 days now, near the clevage. It's changing shape and brightness but it still doesn't really hurt. It's not warm. I feel fine. I massage the spot while he nurses and it has been hard in the past but now it's not even though the spot won't disappear. Should I see a doctor or be worried, or is this normal?

    I would mention it to your dr at your next visit, but I've got this too.  For me, I think it is some sort of heat rash or something.  TMI but, it runs underneath my breast like where the band of my bra sits.  I've been trying to keep it dry and cool, and have been putting antibiotic ointment on it because I keep forgetting to talk to my dr about it.  It seems to be helping a little.
