Diarrhea and now vomiting

LO has had diarrhea since last Monday I posted about dairy concerns. I talked to the nurse at pedis office Thursday and she said to add in a probiotic. LO was eating/sleeping/acting fine. Today LO devoured her first bottle, but hasn't finished a bottle since then completely abnormal for her. Her last 2 bottles she's puked up at least half of. I'd say only one time was projectile, but it's an insane amount of spitting up. I'm feeding her pedialyte now, and she's already spit up some. She's acting fine but sleeping a lot. She still has diarrhea. Does this sound like a virus? I'm going to call the dr again in the am.
