If your babies go to sleep around 6?

when do they nap?And for how long?

Ours are 6.5 months and I am trying to establish some sort of routine, in regards to sleep,

They used to go down around 7 but in the past few weeks it seems that 6 maybe 6:30 is the time they need to go to bed.They do not STTN and wake for the day between 6-7(I would estimate)

    My girls aren't here yet.   However, DS who is 22 months has always gone down between 7-7:30pm.  When he was 6.5 months, occasionally he would go down at 6:3pm, but wake up 5:30-6am.  His nap time at 6.5 months, was pretty much 9:30-11am and then 2-3:30/4ish. 

    You say they go down at 6-6:30pm and wake up at 6-7am?? That is considered sleeping through the night.

    At that age and until they were 18 months they napped around 9 and 1, but only for about an hour.  They had been STTN since 4 months.  It wasn't until we dropped to one nap at 18 months that they napped 2 hours at a time.

    They still wake up to eat in the middle of the night.I just meant the time they are awake for the day.

    So how long was he up between waking up and his first nap?

    Our boys go down for the night between 7-7:30.  Some nights they SSTN, some they eat at around 4:30am then are up for the day around 8:30.  They do 3 30-45min naps around 10:15, 12:30, and 3:00.  The last nap can be anywhere from 45min to 2 hours.  If it is short they need another catnap around 5ish.  https://www.troublesometots.com/baby-sleep-what-is-normal/ this is a great resource!

    Ours go down at about 6:30-7pm max. STTN till about 6am. Naps are at 9amish-11am then 1:00 or 1:30- 3pm. Their naps seem to average about 3 -3.5hrs a day.
