Free Prenatel Yoga In Centennial

Looking for other women to take upcoming prenatel yoga classes with me on Fridays at 2:15 pm or later. Classes have not started yet, I'm tryng to put one together. My names Emily and I manage Lotus Spa, Salon and Fitness Studio (I am also, 15 weeks pregnant!!)! This is where I am trying to start the yoga class- but I need more pregos like you! Lately my back has been getting progressly worse, and I don't get enough excercise in general. If anyone is interested please call 303-680-6565. This is the work number and mention this post!     I've been looking for a prenatal class near me! I'm also 15 weeks and could use some exercise. After 5pm is best for me though. I'd love it if you started something up.
