How does that happen?!

So lately when I go to change D.. if he has a poopy diaper, the poop has not gone backwards but instead shifted forward and covered his winkie and jewels. Like just all over them.

Is this because he is sitting up more? I dont know but it seriously makes me go WTF, eww poop winkie.

Maybe the sitting. I've noticed it happens when he poops while in his carseat.

These situations always make me paranoid I'm not going to get him clean enough.
