Fever after vaccine

Yesterday DD2 got her 3 six month shots. She started running fever of 102.1 at the highest, but pretty steady around 101.
She got the exact shots at 4 months and had no reactions at all. Could this be a reaction to the shots or maybe something else??

We had the same reaction to the 6 month shots - and he vomited that night too - but otherwise ok... it could be something else but I wanted to let you know that we had a similar experience! We had the shots on Wednesday and he was "off" for about 12 hours or so. Hope she feels better soon!!

We had the same experience with her 6mo shots, but two days after her shots two teeth broke through, so I can't be positive if her fever was from the teeth or the shots. She hasn't gotten a fever from any other shots and hasn't gotten any more teeth so I have no idea.

dd ran a fever and a runny nose after her 6 months shots. Were talking her shots were at 9 am and by 3 pm her nose was a faucet.

DS got the exact same shots at 4 and 6 months. His reaction after the 4 month shots was way more severe than 6 months. They just react differently at different times.
