Our lawyer has the ruling!

DH and our lawyer are playing phone tag, I'm dying to know what the judge decided! All his lawyer said in the voicemail was that we did good, and to call him back. Gah.

I looked it up online and it's already filed, but of course it doesn't give all the details. There's an entry from yesterday that says petitioners (us) proposed visitation...but was that just entering what we asked for, or is that saying we got what we asked for? And is transportation included with that? Child support is going up a little, but if she has to split driving the total expenses will be about the same for us, and it says costs are split, which is good because she was asking for us to pay her lawyer fees.

Eek! We got our visitation and transportation just like we asked for! It just so happens Presiden't Day is one of the new holidays we got, so we get to keep him till Monday and she'll have to drive her butt down her Monday evening to get him. Gah, this was SO all worth it!
