I am having a healthy, beautiful BABY GIRL! She measured 19 weeks, 6 days and was estimated to weigh 12 oz. I was kind of surprised that I have an anterior placenta again because of the amount of movement I feel. The tech said that it's because I'm a seasoned mom- ha! The baby cooperated wonderfully and we got all of the measurements so that's a relief. We already went shopping and bought her a bunch of adorable little pink outfits. We named her Sydney Elisabeth!!
I have a bunch of pictures and a long description of the ultrasound on my blog if anyone is interested:

Thanks! I think they just use the measurements especially of the femur bone. My DS was estimated to be 11oz. but that was close to 21 weeks. I've heard that these estimated weights are usually not accurate so I never really paid too much attention to other people's but I think they vary a lot.
Aw- that's awesome! My sister is Elisabeth and it was was my grandmothers name too. I chose Sydney because it seems ageless and classic.
