flutters in my stomach

Oh my gosh! All day today I have had major flutters in my tummy! Like when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I had flutters. This is freaking me out! We don't use protection but I got what I thought was my period for the first time since DD was born last month. This is so strange. My stomach is not growling and I really don't think this is gas. I don't have a pregnancy test but I guess I should go buy one tomorrow. Yikes, I'm kinda freaking myself out.

Back when I was pregnant, a nurse at the OB office said she had flutters postpartum and I thought she was a bit nuts!
It's happended to me a few times now, and I know I'm not preggo.
Maybe the uterus is still going back to normal??
