Fit Mama Friday

I won't be able to start the thread in the morning, so I thought I would put it up a little early. How did you do on your fitness goals this week?

  • Wow I really fell off the wagon this week. I travelled to a sales meeting and it was A Lot of work, so I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. And it was really tasty! But I am going to bite the bullet and still weigh in Monday. We will see!

    Good news is that I got a lot of compliments... Last time I saw this group was a year ago when I was pregnant and everyone thought I snapped back into shape great. So the discipline is paying off!

    Ps I am a sucker for cut flowers... It's my girly indulgence. I buy them for myself!

  • Down 2 pounds this week... 18 total since the New Year!

  • I always give up stuff for lent which started on Wed so I am trying clean eating. So far so good! I am not sure about my weight number but I think I am about 4lbs down from my pp weight still. I will check my weight next week!

    Cut flowers every time! I kill house plants so cut flowers are they way to go for me.

  • I'm down 2lbs, but I also fluctuate plus/minus 5lbs. I've worked out three times, and I have brought Anja for walks a couple of times on the nicer days. I'm 9lbs from prepregnancy weight. It sucks a lot because I was actually down a pound off of my ppw, but after living out of a bag for 2 months, I put it on.

    It's almost spring! Ugh! Summer clothes are already on display.

    I don't really like getting potted or cut flowers. Flowers really aren't my thing.

  • I haven't worked out since last Thursday. I was doing so well too. Ugh. I started school on Monday, which is every day. And DS got a cold from daycare, which I of course got. So the last thing on my mind is Insanity at 5 a.m. I really feel like a fatty now.
    And today's my bday, which means I'm going to have DQ ice cream cake for the next few days. So the "diet" is out the window too.

    ETA: cut flowers for sure. DS gets them randomly and we both love how it makes the house smell.

  • Still losing slowly but keeping it off. I've lost a total of 8.5 lbs since the new year and am half way through my pre training triathlon program ! I am on track to meeting my goals and am happy I haven't gotten off track yet .

    Cut flowers because despite all my efforts I alway kill ported plants.
