Laughed/Cried Hysterically

So my mom was on the phone and I misunderstood something she was talking about and it was so funny. I started laughing SO freaking hard and snorting like a pig and I couldn't control myself. Then during it, I start balling my eyes out and I'm still sort of laughing. Then I just laugh for a good 5 minutes and my face is covered in tears. 

I seriously felt like I couldn't control my own body! It was the strangest thing I've had happen to me. The whole time I'm thinking to myself "uhh why the heck am I crying? There is no reason!" But I just kept crying. My mom was in stitches about the whole thing. Oh boy... Those hormones are crazy!!!

    I had the same experience the other day...crying while having an out of body "why are you crying?" experience. I've never had any PMS so I've not really understood it when

    This EXACT thing happened to me last night, I got a horrible butt cramp and started laughing so hard that I started crying so hard then i couldn't even tell if I was laughing or crying for real!! Then 30 minutes later DH said something that was apparently hilarious and again I started laughing so hard I couldn't breath and was snorting and maybe all sorts of horrible noises with tears streaming down my face!  That was the first time I was like that MUST be the hormones!

    Hahaha isn't it crazy?! I told my mom that I hope it doesn't happen at work because I'll worry my co-teacher haha. I find everything so darn funny or so sad lately.
