    I use paint to resize. Click resize and enter a percentage.

    Then I use tinypic.com to get an image URL to copy and paste in the post.

    I resize on my Mac using preview, under tools, adjust size.

    I just use tinypic for everything. Upload, use the website size. Paste URL into body of message.

    I prefer TinyPic but it's been stupid lately so I've been using Photobucket. I resize when I post by changing the dimensions when I copy the URL. 250-300 pixels across is what seems to fit.

    I use photobucket, it's simple and then just copy n paste image code.
