bleeding question, maybe TMI

I just had my membranes swept and my MW said I could have some "bloody show" and it would be totally ok.  I'm just wondering, how much blood is ok? It's been about an hour and a half since the appt, and I'm still bleeding. More than spotting, it's like what the last day of my period would look like.  I'm wearing a pad and it's not soaked by any means, but it is more than spotting.  Will it just stop eventually and I just need to wait it out? I'm really good at panicking over every little thing. On the plus side, I was 1 cm today which is encouraging since I wasn't dilated at all on Wednesday. I know this doesn't mean much, but I'm getting discouraged so I was glad to hear that at least that has happened lol

    I bleed quite a lot after a plain old internal. This week I had blood dripping into the toilet (TMI, sorry) and I'm still bleeding some, over 24 hours later. I wouldn't be worried unless there was a gush. It should taper off over the next day or so, and turn pink then brown.

    After my first sweep I bled for about 24 hours and it tapered off to spotting for the next 24 hours. It was like yours, as in it being like the last day of my period. Having to wear a pad but not heavy enough too saturate the pad.
