do you hide veggies for your LO?
O refuses veggies 99% of the time, even purees these days when previously that was the only way he would eat them. I puree cauliflower and put in his mac n cheese, but what else can I do like that? He won't eat it if he sees it. Oh he won't eat meat either, but I figure I will work on the veggies first.

Re: hiding veggies
Pur?e veggies into quesadillas, mashed potatoes uhhhhh...
Have you tried smoothies? What about soup?
My O loved to dip food, so ketchup, ranch, BBQ sauce, mustard are all hits when trying to get her to eat meats. She just recently decided she hates veggie/fruit pouches and will squeeze them all over the place. Has started eating veggies, last night I slow cooked a whole chicken with carrots and potato and she devoured those carrots. She loves brown sugar carrots and also bacon green beans. Olivia loves soup when I let her drink the broth from her bowl instead if a straw.

Ooo he loves pancakes! You think any purer will work? He wont go near a pouch lately, when 2 weeks ago he was all about them
tried smoothies and he hates it. Will only drink water from a straw.
I am going to try mashed potatoes, he will usually eat those lately. And I guess more ketchup on things. He will just suck ketchup off and re-dip but worth a shot.
He wouldn't eat the carrots from my moms chicken soup today, and I tried the brown sugar trick but it didn't work. Never heard of this bacon green bean idea, but sounds like I will try it! Thanks!!
