M is definitely going through a growth spurt! He ate almost every hour today! He was so clingy too and fussed any time I had to put him down. He actually has done well sleeping tonight. Just gave us a 5 hour stretch. It's 3:00 now and hopefully he'll sleep in until 6 or 7.

I'm up, though I haven't been to bed yet. It's 12:15 here. I put the baby down in our room with DH around 9:30 and now I'm up trying to finish an assignment that's due tomorrow at noon. I have to do it now because I'll have both kiddos home with me tomorrow and there is no way I'll be able to get anything like this done then.

It's 2:25 here. Just got done feeding H, who is finally done with his growth spurt and therefore slept a good 6 plus hours before waking. Now just need to stretch that 6 hours to 8 or 9!
GL to you, jLeigh with the growth spurt.
Zoe, I hope you're able to get your work done and catch some zzzzs.
ETA: jLeigh, your username now comes up on my phone's autocorrect.
ETA2: ok, that sounded kind of creepy! I just thought it was funny. And, you know, it's nice to not have to type it out.
Unmmm 5:15 here. Did I sleep through the baby crying for awhile?? He's never gone this long fought it forever, finally went down around midnight can it truly be that he slept through the night??? I hope so, on so many levels.
4:15 here. We seem to be back to 5-6 hour stretches of sleep at night. He went down easy tonight, but he also finally pooped for the first time in almost a week, so I think that wore him out.
The temps really dropped tonight, so I put him in a warm&fuzzy sleeper after his bath and then wrapped him in the fleece Sleepsack. We keep the thermostat around 67 at night, but I bump his room up to 70 with a space heater while feeding him. I was worried that he might get too warm, but he somehow managed to pull both arms out and now his hands and cheeks are ice cold!
It's strange to only see a few posts on here, hopefully that means we are all starting to get more sleep

Both my kids' rooms are set at 76 with space heaters. Our house is really old and drafty, so 76 probably isn't REALLY 76. They are pretty comfy at that temp. And DD sleeps in a cloth sleep and play plus a Carter's fleece sleep gown.

It gets drafty in M's room so I keep he thermostat around 70. I dress him in a sleep and play and then put a fleece sleep sack over that. His hands still get ice cold sometimes so we have to put mittens on too occasionally.

Oh my goodness I'm a proud mamma. I posted night two of hell after putting DS down for the second night of no swaddling. He fussed for an hour then slept 10 to 5. What a sweet boy! Thank goodness! Hope it sticks! This was his usual stretch at night so fingers crossed. He usually will go back down for another few hours so we'll see how that goes.
