Migraine and m/s

Ladies, I am beyond miserable! I've tried every tip and trick known to woman. I have an ice pack strapped to my head as I type this, and once again I'm too sick to eat. I'm guessing I'm just going to have to ride this out?? I was hoping after a nap I'd have some relief, but negative. I know in the end it'll be worth it, but I can't do anything in this condition. Especially not work.

  • I'm so sorry migraines are horrible! I would call your doctor and see what they think. I think the longest I've had one is 2 days, hopefully you will wake up tommorow feeling better.

  • I drank a soda or had tea with caffeine when I got migraines. You can try coffee as well. The ice pack definitely will help too. Caffeine will help take the edge off!! Really helped me bc I don't have caffeine on a regular basis very rarely. Try that and see if it helps! If not talk to your doctor.
  • My sister suffers from migraines and she recently tried Accupuncture and she says it's helped. Maybe that's something you could try.

    Feel better!

  • I had a migrane for my entire first tri with my first two pregnancies. I had to take tylenol 3 when the pain got to the point of where I couldnt take it anymore. Talk to your doc about different options. Have you been to the chriopractor?
  • I was where you are.. called my midwife and she suggested trying Excedrin headache/migraine. Seems to be helping! Along with lots of water, and keeping my blood sugar level. Hope it gets better!!
  • B6 for vomitting and unisom tablets to help you sleep off the migraine. That's what works best for me.
  • I am so sorry. I suffer from migraines and it is no fun.  I see a chiropractor and it has made a huge difference for me. Feel better soon
