  I'm almost 3 weeks PP and surprisingly my bleeding has really let up. I've had a couple of days this week where I barely even spotted. That being said, after my first c/s several years ago I bled almost 6 weeks and continued to spot a couple of weeks past that.

  DD1 I bled about 4-5 weeks. DD2 I bled for 7-8 weeks. I kept thinking it was going to end soon since I didn't bleed long with DD1..and it didn't! lol

  I bled 7 weeks...

  Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)

  Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements

  March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!

  Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!

  I bled the second time until 7 weeks, at which point an u/s showed that I had retained placenta and needed a D&C, following which I bled for ANOTHER 2 weeks. Yeah...

  That said. Sex 4 weeks PP? Did your doctor clear that?  

  Ugh, yes. All of this. It was around 9 or 10 weeks when I finally stopped.

  I bled for 4 months with DS. 

  Hope yours ends soon, but why can't you dtd anyway? If the flow is light enough, there shouldn't be a huge mess or anything. Get on top and then both of you get in the shower after.

  With M and D I bled for 2 wks, and DH and I DTD at 4 wks. At my 6 wk check up, my OB asked if we'd had sex yet and when I told her yes, she was fine with it. From what I've heard, as long as you're not bleeding and you feel up to it you're fine to go.

  This time around, I'm 2.5 wks PP and still bleeding, though it's very light. DH and I are a little antsy, but we're doing our best to wait. I figure my body still bleeding is telling me that it's not quite ready for that yet. Hope you end soon!

  I totally planned to late last night, but then next thing I knew, DH was passed out sleeping lol.  DH is going to be working every day/night until Sunday, so that's going to be it!!!  Can't wait.  I feel like a horny teenager lol.
