AW-Good News at Work Today

So I posted last week(?) that an opportunity to move up at work may be available soon but I thought it would be difficult to apply for since I was to be working from home starting next month, BUT the opportunity opened up a lot sooner than anyone thought and my boss came to me today and said I should really apply for it. YAY!!! I told him I was very interested. This would mean Asa would need to start day care A LOT sooner than expected, but if all turns out well I will be making more to help pay for it (the whole reason I asked to work from home). YES! I HOPE I GET A PROMOTION SOOOOON!!! Big Smile

Unfortunately no, and getting into daycare may be tricky, but my boss is pretty high up here (I work at a University) and may be able to pull some strings for me (or so his assistant told me). The University day care has enrollment periods and I've heard they don't have too many openings. We shall see what happens!!
