Hello everyone. I have lurking for a bit now and decided to finally sign up. I am Arleene, momma to 3! Found out recently that I am expecting twins. Now I know why I had such horrible morning sickness lol. Twins do not run in my family, so it was a complete shock to be told that I was having 2. I went in for my NT scan and got this surprise :)

I am a member of another site, but wanted to sign up to a group where there was mom's of multiples and those expecting multiples as well.

 My due date is: August 15th. So that puts me at 13 weeks and 5 days as of today.

Can't wait to chat with you all :)

    Congrats! Wow 5! You are a super mom! I was due 8/16 but went in July. Happy 9 months or so!!!

    Ty :) Here I was thinking this was going to be my last baby...making it 4, and the joke was on me, I will cap out at 5 lol. But I feel blessed.

    Congrats!  It's sure a shock no matter when you find out!  Also a little note...if you have same sex di/di it doesn't necessarily mean they are fraternal.  I was told mine were frat at my first u/s, but after they were born we had them tested and they are identical (had we waited a little longer we wouldn't have needed to test - OMG this girls are impossible to tell apart LOL)

    TTC Since 11/10 due to Unexplained IF 
    4 Rounds of Clomid, 2 Rounds of Femara + IUI, 2 rounds of IUI+ Injectables (Bravelle + Menopur) = First BFP! TWIN GIRLS!

    November 2, 2012 - Claire (2lbs 8.9oz) and Paige (2lbs 10oz) arrive at 29w3d due to PTL and pPROM at 28w5d

    ty ladies :)

    I am hoping to find out the genders of the babes on 2/28. I have a growth scan and a CLM u/s on that day. The u/s tech said she would be able to tell me the gender. I will be 16 weeks for that appt. I am counting down the days :)

    Eeek. I guess I will hold out on gender purchases til they reconfirm on my 20 week scan. LOL!

    Congrats!! I'm a FTM with twins due 8/18, so pretty close to you! 

    Im also having an ultrasound at 16 weeks on march 4th. I'm hoping they will be able to tell the genders. I will have an us every 2 weeks from then on, so I will be sure to have the genders reconfirmed before we buy anything.  

     Yay!

    Hi Arleene!  I know you from "another site" :)  I joined this one for the same reason -- a more robust MoM group.  And we are one day apart in our EDDs (I'm August 14).  Welcome!
