DS will be 3 years old in June and has been able to unbuckle the belt in his stroller for a while now. We've tried the walking while he holds our hands thing, but within minutes he wants to break free from us and run...not my idea of fun at the mall or wherever we're at. So the only time we allow him to walk is when we go to the zoo or park or around the neighborhood. I was planning on ordering the City Mini because of the ease of folding it and how little space it takes up in the car, but DS's head came up to the visor (brain fart, can't think of the name of it!). He fit a little better in the Britax B-Agile. I've got a Jeep Grand Cherokee and our current full-size stroller takes up pretty much the entire cargo area. What lightweight stroller do you use?
Re: Recommend your lightweight stroller
This is for all the caterpillars that never became butterflies. And for all the butterflies that never felt the wind in their wings. And for all the hearts that had hopes and dreams of a wondrous flight together.
Chicco Liteway. We have this one : https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4089527&searchURL=false
Love it! It's been every where with us, checked on multiple planes and its still perfect.
They do have the Liteway Plus out now which olds an infant carrier as well.
I LOVE my city mini. Agree that it does take up some space.
I have the Maclaren Volo and had the Quest. I hate Maclaren strollers. They are easy to fold and lightweight but damn, they are pieces of crap.
If I did it again, I'd get the G-Luxe. Not sure if it's also a piece of crap or not. Nothing is as good as my BJ strollers.
PS I am HUGE stroller snob so keep that in mind.
