NMR: Legoland

DH and I are tentatively planning a family trip to San Diego this summer.  We definitely plan to go to the San Diego Zoo and to Sea World.  Legoland looks like fun, too, but the boys will only be two when we go.  Can anyone who's been there shed some light on whether or not it would be a good place to visit with two year old twins?

Also, and other ideas of fun things to do in San Diego with little ones?

Re: NMR: Legoland

  • I went a couple years ago with my 7 yo nephew. I personally didn't enjoy legoland. The lines for rides were stupid long. My nephew spent most of the time at the waterpark. It was super hot and at the time had zero shade for waiters. It was not fun. They have some nice playgrounds there though. I much prefer the zoo and seaworld. And disneyland if you make the trip to Anaheim.

  • Thanks. I haven't been hearing great things. We're talking now about spending a day or two at Disneyland instead. The prices are almost the same!
