Age of baby: 5 weeks 3 days
Biggest concern: That he is well taken care of while I am at work and being cuddled a lot!
Favorite moment thus far: Him smiling at me. Can't believe how much I love him more each day!
QOTW: What is the most irritating advice you have been given to this point: When asked by my FIL how DS was doing I said good except he has gas and I had been letting him sleep on my chest since that was the only way he seemed comfortable during the day. He then said you really need to just put him down and let him cry. It's not good for him to be held so much...Really!?!? Just marked him off the possible babysitters list!!!!
Age of baby: 4 weeks tomorrow
Biggest concern: he doesn't sleep as long for me as he will for MIL at night and I don't know why
Favorite moment thus far: everyday he gets a little more reactive and responsive but I can't wait for a real smile
QOTW: What is the most irritating advice you have been given to this point: MIL says he's a little colicky... Pretty sure that's an all or nothing thing and it doesn't mean he has stomach cramps sometimes. According to her when he clenches up his stomach to fat or poo that's colic
Age of baby: 4 weeks and 1 day
Biggest concern: Nothing really
Favorite moment thus far: When she makes faces that my husband and I do.... Watching grow and develop
QOTW: What is the most irritating advice you have been given to this point: What I should do to calm down my daughter when she's having a meltdown *as if I haven't already tried their suggestion lol
Age of baby: 1 month tomorrow
Biggest concern: ecocardiogramm next week to see if her heart murmmur has developed or, hopefully, has resolved itself
Favorite moment thus far: the weird looks she gives me, and also seeing DS1 interact with her
QOTW: What is the most irritating advice you have been given to this point: you shouldn't supplement with formula, just keep her attached all day long.. ehm, yeah, I tried, she scremed bloody murder for over an hour because nothing would come out, some formula after nursing sure won't kill her!

My biggest concern is napping. I have no clue how often or how long... she cat naps and will wake up within 10 minutes if she isn't on me. On most days she doesn't nap and is sooo crabby and super hard to put down at night.
Favorite moment: this morning she smiled 3 times. They weren't gas smiles... I'm pretty sure she was confused as to how she did it but it was beautiful.

Genevieve will be 5 weeks on friday
My biggest concern is napping. I have no clue how often or how long... she cat naps and will wake up within 10 minutes if she isn't on me. On most days she doesn't nap and is sooo crabby and super hard to put down at night.
My favorite moment was this morning she smiled 3 times. I think she was confused as to how she did it but it was beautiful.
Advice I haven't really gotten much... and when I do I guess I ignore it.

Biggest concern: hoping his sleep gets better at night! I usually only get 2 hours at a time
Favorite moment thus far: I got some big huge smiles today! Love seeing his dimples
QOTW: What is the most irritating advice you have been given to this point: Everyone keeps telling me to let him CIO. For the last time, NO!
