LO's preschool asked us not to bring in valentines for his fellow classmates as the teachers have activity crafts planned for the morning. However, are you giving anything to your LOs teachers?
I normally just lurk here, but since no one answered, I thought I would.
We're giving each teacher a little bag of Godiva truffles and J made each teacher a Valentine.
The class as a whole gave $$ for GC's for Christmas and we'll be celebrating each teacher's birthday in the Spring. We also celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week where each kid brings in flowers and cards for the teachers. I think they know how loved they are.
We did make Valentines for each teacher and classmate. If you were asked to not bring anything I don't think that I would. I actually thought about bringing each teacher a pomegranate... as a teacher I know there are often a ton of sweets around and it might be nice to get a healthy treat.

I love these two beautiful children!
DS has 2 teachers and I gave each one of them the Valentines day themed gift card to Starbucks for $6 each. I figured that's what I would have spent on candy for them and I'm sure they get enough of it.

For DS's teachers & the front office, we bought each of them a little box of valentine M&Ms and told them Happy Valentines Day. No biggie.
However they didn't tell us we couldn't bring something, if they did, then I wouldn't.
