Parking spot laugh!!!
I had a good laugh in our grocery parking lot. I got off work and pulled in to buy one thing for dinner. Pulled into spot 4 from door. When I got out I noticed spot 1 was handicap, 2 and 3 were for expectant moms and families with small kids. I personally could care less about getting these spots while alone but with a toddler they can be a lifesaver sometimes.
Anyway i parked in a normal spot then a lady pulled in next to me. Apx 50 yrs old, no kids. As I get out with my huge belly she looks at me, looks at the sign, sees me reading the sign. I actually was just reading bc I dont go to this grocery store and didnt know they were there. She gets back in her car and moves it. I go in, come back out and see a man in his late 40s getting out of his car, no kids. I couldnt help but smile at him as I waddle by and say Wow I cant believe your pregnant. I just got in my car and drove off laughing but I know I embarrased him. There were others going in at the same time who heard my remark.

This happens all the time at our military exchange and commissary, except it's usually young, very healthy men parking there. I don't quite understand what goes through their head when they decide to do that. I should try that comment next time I see one, except I'm not brave enough. I wish I was!!!

I personally don't think those parking spots are necessary as I could definitely use the exercise. I think there should be more handicapped parking though for those that actually need it.
