They thought I had placenta previa around then, but it corrected itself by my next ultrasound. I wasn't able to go vaginally, but it was because I had a frank breech baby.

I had complete placenta previa until around 30ish wks and then it was marginal. My OB said we could try vaginally, my water broke at home at 38 wks and I hemorrhaged. I had to have a csection. Everything turned out ok but it was really scared.
4 Clomid cycles BFN's,3 injectible cycles BFN, 3 failed IUI's Hystroscopy to remove cysts 11/2010 IVF #1 with ICSI Graydon Dane born Oct. 23, 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks. Surprise BFP 10/9/12. Blighted ovum at 8wks. D&C 11/1/12. Surprise BFP#2 TWINS!!! Boy/Girl twins.
Hold up, btsrc, did you have your anatomy scan today?!
FWIW, my coworker's wife had it and was put on pelvic rest, and it resolved itself after a few weeks.
ETA: She also had a vaginal birth.
My a/s was yesterday... but we are waiting to take an announcement photo when we are at Disney next week before we tell anyone (which is why I haven't posted anything). Sorry!
The dr did not seem very concerned about the PP, but after I left I started thinking about it and the increased chance of a c-section. And of course I got worried. I know the drs deal with this stuff every day so it isn't a big deal to them, but it is a big deal to me. There is nothing I can do about it, so I guess I just need to accept it and hope that it resolves itself. I was hoping to hear lots of stories about how it went away and you were able to have a vaginal birth.
I have another u/s in 8 weeks to check on it (at 29 wks).

I understand your worry - I'd be worried, too! But as you said, there's not much you can do about it... and I'd also take a cue from your doctor, who is obviously not overly concerned. Just keep focusing on the fact that you have a healthy baby growing in there! (And PS, the suspense is KILLING me!)
BFP#1 1/31/11 ~ CK came on her due date, 10/10/11!
BFP#2 11/20/12, EDD 7/30/13 ~ heard heartbeat at 6w2d ~ mmc discovered at 8w
LOL it has been hard for me to keep my mouth shut, and it has only been one day. I figured the fewer people that knew I had the a/s, the better.
Initially my a/s was scheduled for next Monday, so i was only going to have to keep the secret a few days. It seemed like a much better idea then. haha

I had it at my anatomy scan with E, but it wasn't complete coverage of the cervix. My dr was pretty confident that it would move as my belly grew and it did. We had a vaginal birth with no complications.
My OB doesn't worry about previas until much later. She said that unless I experienced bleeding or other issues I didn't need to limit anything. I honestly dont remember the details. It is common to clear up as your uterus expands. I had a section for other reasons.

Team pink, blue, or green?
I was diagnosed with complete previa at 18 weeks. I had ultrasounds every 4 weeks to check on it.
It didn't move.
I had a c section at 36 weeks due to pre-term labor and some suspected complications.
