I actually did buy the app. I like it. I feel like some of the behaviors that M has shown have coincided with the "Wonder Weeks" and that the learning taking place is actually what the app describes. They also give game ideas that are developmentally appropriate for each stage.
I think people might not like it if they expect their baby to act exactly like the app describes or reach every milestone described for the "Wonder Week." But people need to remember that each baby is different. I think the app is just meant as a guide for what you might see, and what you can do to help your baby if you do notice those behaviors/see them working on a milestone.
"For this child I prayed; and the LORD has given me my petition which I asked of him:"
-1 Samuel 1:27

This too. I have the book and find it helpful to understand what is mentally going on for them and what activities and games help them at each stage. I like the app for the chart. Really takes the guess work out of where they stand between/during leaps!
