AW: Cha cha cha changes

One week into our gluten free diet: we went to an Indian buffet for lunch, BOTH boys sat and ate their lunches. No climbing, no getting in and out of their chairs, no yelling, they were so good! I was a proud mama. :D

    Clean eating has done wonders for my moodiness.  I'm SOOOOO much more even tempered now.  I will absolutely advocate for continued progress on the diet front for your family!!  I'm so glad that you're seeing some positive changes!!
