Wakeup Times

I want to see how much bedtime effects wakeup times.

LO is going to bed about 8:30pm now and he gets up about 8am. I'm a stay at home mom so I don't really want him getting up any earlier than 8am but I'm not sure if he needs to go to bed earlier.

So when does your LO go to bed and when do they wake up?

Our LO goes to bed between 7 and 7:30and wakes for the day around 6:30 am.

Well normally (before the 4 mos. wakeful) 9-6:30. If he went to bed at 8:00 he'd wake at 3:00. Don't know why that hour made such a difference. DH leaves and drops off DS that's why 6:30 on the weekends he'd sleep til 7:30 or 8:00.

I'm SAHM as well. DS goes to bed between 8:30-9:30pm, and wakes up around 8am. He needs about 10-11 hours of sleep at night, and then 3-4 hours of naps during the day.

In bed between 6:45 and 7:15. Wakes by 5:40 am. Ugh!! I've tried adjusting bedtime without much luck.

Asleep between 7:30-8:00pm. Awake around 6:00am on average. Sometimes earlier sometimes a little later. Sometimes she wakes around 5:00/5:30, takes a bottle and goes back to sleep for another 1-1.5 hours.

She is a cat napper. On average only naps about 1 1/2 hours total during the day.
