Pain at incision sight with 2nd pregnancy

Hi ladies,
For those of you that have had a csection and got pregnant again after...have you had pain at your incision sight? I'm early in my second pregnancy and my csection was 6 years ago but I have been having some off and on pain. It's like a stabbing pain or like I'm poked with a needle. It never lasts long but it hurts! I have my first appt tomorrow and ill ask my doc but thought I would ask here too.

    Yep, I get alot of pain from my Scar and down. Sometimes it feels like a pin poke, other times it feels like a pulled muscle. I am usually always in some sort of pain right now as the baby is getting bigger and bigger in there. Dr told me all was normal and baby was fine, So I just live with it Sad

    I feel a lot of pressure and the occasional stabbing pain you guys mention...mainly on the right side of the scar.  It also feels like the skin around the area is being pulled and tugged at, which I guess it is.

    My Dr said the same thing, its normal and other than being a pain in the rear, its nothing to worry about.

    No, but it is very itchy at the incision and just below.

    Well I'm glad it seems to be a normal thing. I have had all these scary thoughts of "what if something is tearing or ripping open"! It is kind of a pain in the rear but I'll put up with it for the baby!! Thank you ladies! Smile
