I think I just scared my neighbors

So it's been pouring rain here all day, and we haven't left the house.

I went outside to get the mail.

Dressed in - the pink boots that I posted last night, green juicy sweats (sort of tucked into the boots so they wouldn't get wet - mostly just bunched around the top of my boots) and my coat.  Also, my hair is sticking up everywhere because I didn't tame it this morning (since it's a rainy day).

I probably looked like I had just escaped a mental institution.  Anyway, my neighbor was outside (had just gotten home).

    Awesome!  Love the color combo!

    What color was your coat?  If it was a vibrant color, even more awesome!

    LOL!!!  At least you are at home!  I've been looking very similar to that when we've been leaving swim lessons lately.  I'm not proud. :)

    Unfortch my coat is a light gray.  But I imagine it looked pretty odd as well.

    Since it is a dressy-ish peacoat.

    His daughter was with him too - she was probably like WHO IS THAT CRAZY LADY?  hahaha!

    I'm glad I am not alone, though A&C... if I was going to swim lessons in this cold, I would dress like that too.

    haha I just did the same thing, but have on polkadot pj bottoms, no bra and DH's bright read coat.  I've been scrubbing floors all day, so haven't felt the need to get dressed.  I did look both ways before sprinting to the mail box :-)

    atleast you were somewhat stylish. My home gear does not include anything I'd ever want to be seen in.
