8:30am Breakfast- Usually a grain and a fruit. This morning he had a waffle and about a half a cup of diced pears.
10:00 Bottle (4-6oz)
11:30 Sometimes a snack- Usually a mum mum or some cheerios or freeze dried fruit something else that is easy for him to eat on the floor without making a mess
1:00 Bottle (4-6oz)
2:30 Lunch- Usually leftovers or some other finger food I can find. Today he had diced ham, black beans, peas, and some chopped homemade spaghetti noddles I made last night.
4:00 Bottle (4-6oz)
6:30ish (Or whenever my husband gets home) Dinner- Whatever we are having modified. Tonight I am making biscuits and gravy with steamed veggies. We will probably give him a biscuit and some veggies but probably not the sausage gravy. I will probably give him more diced ham or more black beans so he gets some protein.
7:30 Bottle (4-6oz)
Within the next couple of weeks we are going to drop one of his mid-day bottles and replace it with a sippy cup of water and add more food to his meals. Right now he takes anywhere from 25-30oz of formula so I feel okay with dropping one of the bottles. We are letting him eat solids until he shows signs that he's done (ie he starts throwing it all on the floor or mashing it in his hair ) but it takes a really long time to eat and he doesn't usually eat all that much. I'm hoping if I drop a formula bottle he will be a little hungrier at meal times and eat a better meal.
7:30 - Breakfast: Quinoa, Banana and (applesauce,or peaches, or pears) with cinnamon
11:00-3:00 - 8-10oz of BM taken in 2-4 sessions and sometimes a snack of cherrios,or diced ham, cheese, or bluberries
5:00 - Nurse
6:00 - Dinner: Some modification of what we are eating usually a diced meat, diced veggies, quiona/sweet potato, fingerfood fruit (apples, strawberries, bluebrries)
8:30 - Nurse
This is a weekday schedule that DD follows when I am working and my Mom and Dad watch her. On the weekends things are more fluid and not so scheduled. The first nursing session of the day is still around 6:30-7, but then she will often go back to sleep and we don't have breakfast until 8:30-9. We are often out of the house for lunch on the weekends so DD will get a full meal for lunch while we eat. She insists on eating when she in a highchair, or other people are eating. Also, on the weekends since I am available she will often want a number of nursing "snacks" where she nurses for only 5min. versus a full nursing session.
Breakfast (@dc or home on wkds): waffle/pancake, egg yolk, fruit, toast with jelly
Mid-morning bottle or nurse
Lunch: table food menu at dc (hamburger, burrito, etc cut up) at home: leftovers from night before or sandwich ( meat, cheese, bread cut up) with fruit
Re: What are you feeding your 9 month old?
Morning, he gets a waffle and about a third of a banana.
Bottle for nap
Mid morning snack: cheerios and some chunks of cheese

DS still wakes up in the middle of the night to eat; we're working on weaning him off it.
