UGH! When will the swollen legs go down???? I'm 6 days PP. Any tips or tricks for getting this extra fluid out? I've been moving around and drinking water like crazy.
Mine didn't start to ease up until 2 weeks PP. I looked like freaking Fred Flintstone. I just propped my feet up when I could, and drank as much water as possible. My OB said there really isn't much you can do for it, unfortunately.
Same as what PP said! I think i was around a week and a half when I finally had ankles again! I hadn't seen my ankles since I was 7 months preggers!!

I swore by Blessed Thistle. The water started to release 2 days after I started taking it with my second c-section. I like something like 25 pounds of water in a week. It was disgusting.
The first time around it never released and I ened up with pulmonary edema. Make sure you listen to your body. If you are short of breathe, call your dr!

Sorry to say. Mine didn't start to go down until after 2 weeks. It took a while. I was 3 sizes bigger and thought my skin was going to rupture. I called the dr and as long as I wasn't seeing spots, it was normal. It is painful and not fun! Keep drinking water, it's supposed to help.
