My daughter is moving around alot in her crib. I did not get a bumper for her because i thought they were bad. I watched her stick her foot through the bed rail and she got it back out. Now it is 3am and she is sleeping and i am up waiting to see if it happens again.

I don't have a bumper in, but LO isn't moving around a lot yet. I do have a breathable mesh bumper that I might use if there comes a time he's getting Seychelles a lot.

I just ordered P's crib set because of this reason. Freaks me out he moves so much.

We got Wonder Bumpers. They go around each rung on the crib. A PITA to put on bc you have to zip each one in place but they're safe and look pretty good. www.gomamagodesigns.com/wonderbumpers

And I just re read your post and realized that they wouldn't help with your concern at all! We still swaddle and he's still sleeping in the rnp in our room so I don't know how these bumpers will work for a squirmy baby and flailing limbs...

Dd was a mover and thrasher and got her foot stuck only once. I felt better about that than having her face stuffed in the bumper. I contemplated a mesh bumper but never did get one and it was fine. I would go that route if you are concerned.
