Pregnancy yoga or pilates classes in Detroit area?

My friend and I are both looking to start doing a little exercise. Anyone know of a good yoga or pilates classes for pregnant women in Downriver area?

    My work schedule to too crazy to allow for set class times.  I used prenatal yoga dvd's.  If you can't find a class in your area maybe those would work for you and your friend.

    I've been going to a great class in Royal Oak, but I found that most hospitals I checked out have prenatal yoga classes! Hope you find one it really helps with pregnancy aches and pains..as well as just keeping level headed amidst crazy hormones :)

    There is a yoga class in Wyandotte, Boston Tea Room. I haven't been, but hear its good!
