DS is 6m this week and I'm still doing a 10 p.m. DF. But he's still up in the MOTN to eat too. I tried dropping it a couple weeks ago and he woke up at 11:30 hungry. Seriously.
We do 8oucnes at bedtime, on average she drinks 6-1/2 but some nights she chugs back those 8oucnes (between 7-8pm). If she wakes at all it is around 3-4am and I offer her 4ounces but she hardly finishes. She sleeps till 7am and would probably sleep longer if I did not have to get up and out for work.
We stopped feeding her twice a night probably around Christmas, so about 5-months-ish. Seh used to wake around 11am and the 3-4am. On the rare occasion she wakes fussy, I give her back her binkie cause she always spits it out while she sleeps, her lovey and rock her to sleep.
LO is 6.5 months and we are still doing it. when he was teething we didn't do it cus well we didn't want to risk waking him up! . he still needed the dream feed. But last night DH went in there to do the dream feed and LO had like less then an ounce, and he slept all night.
LO is around 18 pounds ish, Im thinking going until hes about 20 pounds and see how that works.
My baby is almost 9 months and we still do one around 11PM. It just makes me feel better knowing that if he does happen to wake up at another point in the night he can't be hungry because he is fed at 11PM. He hasn't woken up at any other time, but it just gives me peace of mind. I will probably stop around 12 months.
