ok its getting real...

Ok I need some advise... I've been having irregular nonproductive contractions on and off for weeks now but I've been having them more regularly but still irregular since Saturday... Today I've been horribly moody, weepy and irritable plus feeling kinda pukey! To top matters off I just crapped my pants while having a contraction! My question is... Does this sound like I'm getting close to going into true labor?! I'm 36 weeks today!

    YOU are totally getting ready to meet your lil one! Just make sure to go to the hospital when you start spinning in circles on the floor like Homer Simpson!

    I'm sorry but this so made me laugh. Sadly the only real way to tell if you are about to meet your LO is timing regular contractions or if you have a baby arm hanging out. I have had some of these symptoms too then they disappear. Bummer.

    I just made some comment at work today in response to the "You're still here?" questions I get EVERYDAY about how I'll be here until my water breaks or I can play the crane game with LO... I don't know how funny they thought it was, but I got a chuckle at the mental image.

    To start off: Thank goodness for this board so I don't have a google history that says, "35 weeks and pooped 6 times today.."

    I'm a FTM but it sounds like you are getting close. I hope I follow you in the next couple of weeks!
